KD, KD, you held on so
long. I was sure that you were
going to survive this horrible SDA
outbreak. Every morning for three
days I would wake up and brace myself for
your death, but you were still hanging on.
I wish I could make you all better.
I wish that I could bring you back and fix
your damaged lungs, banish the mites that
persistently bothered you and cuddled you
until you past on quietly at the age of
four. I wish a lot of things for you
and I, KD, but again, you have taught me a
life lesson.
I know you are in a better
place now, with all your BVR relatives and
unrelated friends that you spent your time
with here. This thought still
does not comfort me much right now.
I love you KD, I'm so sorry to see you
leave me. |
